Please mail your check payable to Kauai Academy of Creative Arts to P.O. Box 481, Lihue, HI 96766. Include your child’s name in the Note space on your check.

To save time on the first day, you may download, print, and complete the Emergency Medical Release Form and Photo Release Form PDF to include with your check.
